In the year 2006 The Departed came out as the War in Iraq exlacated and got more chaotic as it always hard to desypher who's the bad guy in war is. In 2006 we finally ended the training the Iraqie police and military as we started letting them out in the field. This made it even harder for us the figure who's on our side or against us. In The Departed a member of the mob is sneaked into a high ranked police pesonal, at the same time an undercover cop makes his way into the mob. No one has any idea who's who as cops don't trust cops and mobsters are all paranoid. I think the director Scorseses believes after all the confusion the strong will pervail, as do I the more organized and calm you stay just let things work out.
