Their run from what Dale witnessed brings alot of laughs and leads so alot of drug use but who can blame them when they got that pineapple express.

1. What would it take for you to realize you have an addiction?
2. Would you be afraid to become friends with someone when society says they are "unacceptable" or "criminals" when you knew otherwise?

Pi: Faith In Chaos

Year: 199n

Genre: Thiller, Sci-Fi

This flim is a mind bending trip into the paranoid mind of Maximillian Cohens search of the key number that will show the mathimatical patterns in nature. The method acting alone by Sean Gullette (Maximillian) is a reason that hardcore movie fans would enjoy Pi. His characters akwardness and paranoia makes the feel of this movie complete. You almost feel the trama he has indured. I would not reccomend this movie for anyone that doesn't enjoy alot of action (or color for that matter).
what other modern movies were done in black and white?
does this movie compare to the other higher budget movies of Daren Aronofsky?

Titanic

Year: 1997
Genre: Romantic Drama
Director: James Cameron
Screenwriter: James Cameron (again)
Starring: Leonardo DiCaprio & Kate Winslet

I know this movie is beloved by every Leonardo DiCaprio fangirl and everyone who swoons when Kate Winslet walks onto the screen, but I couldn't stand this movie for the life of me. With a running time of more than three hours, the movie dragged on far too long for any decent film. Two and a half hour maximum, Cameron! I let Lord of the Rings get away with it because, well, I'm biased. I, unfortunately, was dragged to this movie back when it was first realeased and was astonished when I heard a gaggle of teeny-boppers talking in the row ahead of me; "The boat doesn't sink, does it?" That was just.....nope, done ranting about that.

While the costumes were gorgeous (and won the Oscar quite deservedly), the plot was weak and the acting was sub par (not counting Kate). Billy Zane played the "outraged fiance" too easily (method acting?) and Frances Fisher (Rose's mother) filled the stereotype of the social-climbing mother. The special effects were good for the time, but looking back, nothing all too special.

Ask yourself this: without the "star" power of the boy-wonder that was Leo, would the movie have been as successful as it was? Do you think the movie needed to be as long as it was? Couldn't they have cut it down in post-production?

Taken

Year: 2008/released on 2009

*Reasons why you should or shouldn't see this movie are:

*A reson why you should see this movie would be because, I think its a really good action/drama movie.

*Also because I think it has a good plot.

Open-ended questions:

*Do you think that action movies should sometimes, be based on a child being abducted?

*Have you seen any other movies that Liam Neeson has been in?

Citizen Kane

Year: 1941

Genre: Drama/Mystery

Director: Orson Welles

Screenwriters: Herman J. Mankiewicz and Orson Welles

Starring: Orson Welles and Dorothy Comingore

One reason i would reccomend this movie because its about one man and his life story. It gives you some history about a person that you probably never heard of. My reason to the audience why i would not recommed this movie if you are not interested in movies that was made centuries ago.

1. Why did Orson Welles want viewers to know about his inner life and how is relationship with his wives was like?
2. How do you think the director felt when he filmed this biopic?

Mean Girls

Year: 2004

genre: Comedy, Drama

Director: Mark Waters

Screenwritter: Tina Fey (Screenplay).

Starring: Lindsay Lohan, Rachel McAdams, Tina Fey

I think everbody should watch this movie. Especially if you like drama. This movie is based on real teenage girls and how they act towards one another. Its all based on drama and girls stabbing eachothers backs in order to get what they want. But at the same time this movie is funny. I recommend it if you want a laugh.

But at the same time i dont recommend it because its all long movie. Some parts get extremely boring. When i was watching it the other day i did laugh then and there but i did get bored because some parts are longer than they should be.
