The film The Last Samurai is about a American soldier by the name of Nathan Algren who was hired to kill the enemy. But ended up getting captured by the enemy and was raised to see their way of life which got his emotions involved in the mix. The films major characters are Nathan Algren, Lord Katsumoto, and Sgt. Zebulon Gant.
My opinion about the movie is I like it a lot, it had a lot of meaning, dont just judge people by what they are, see how they are first then judge them. It fits the component of a war movie because they have a ongoing war with the warriors and samurais.
